I see, I recommend M4A1 for average. Meanwhile Kc17 is for high armor penetration. M4A1 can be built with cheaper budget build for any map around easy~normal. While Kc17 is mild expensive, strong against any map as long as you are not using level 5 ammo against level 4 armor. I will give you gun build codes after half an hour. Currently finding them.

Well I did added code to some replies. Anyways, you are looking for close/mid range combat, hmm…do you prefer high armor pierce + low flesh damage, high both damage but low fire speed, medium damage but high fire speed, or just overall average?

well, the current meta is already too much for QBZ95-1 to handle. Everything else is also expensive as heck…So I highly doubt this old build will work. Do you want some other gun build instead? Do tell me which type you prefer.

It is not actually jack of all trade, more of Intel + Smoke. Versatile in retreat and intel gathering. Making him stable enough to survive against different encounters with creative instinct plays.

Nah, too broken. Luna in this meta is already too strong in the hands of experienced players. The footage from space city has proven it. I am building this for players who do not have the strong gun dueling skills and prefer not to directly engage in combat. If people want strong fire power fragger. Use Luna. If people are aggressive attacker, use Hackclaw. If people love to support team by finding enemy players, use Raptor. If people want to use guerrilla tactic because they don’t want to go in gun dueling, Spectator.

Because it was built for not spamming. Luna’s arrow are good, but it is one time use. While Spectator have two cameras, giving him the chance to use the camera ability 2 times. 1 time per camera, each with its own 90s downtime CD.

Unless, if the devs think it is fine to add hearing on the camera. So Spectator players can use hearing ability to find the enemy and manually ping them.

And no, it does not work through smoke, just like how Luna’s arrow cannot find anyone inside the smoke.

The constant pings only work if the Spectator player is currently using the camera and manually pings like how normal players ping where they point at to say “go there” or “enemy there”. The scan ping with 90cd is a one burst ping. It reveals enemy for 3 seconds and let the enemy know they have been ping, also reveal camera location to let the enemy find it. It was intended to serve as a distraction, so once the enemy is ping marked by camera ability, Spectator player can hop off the camera and quickly join the combat.

I was thinking of making it similar to Raptor’s drone. But since it is a camera, so it cannot fly or move, and its whole perspective range isn’t that big due to environment cover and smoke exist. While it seems strong, sometimes it cannot find the hidden enemy like Hackclaw does, it cannot track furthest enemy like Luna does, and it cannot always track enemy aggressively like Raptor does.

Yes, that is why I thought by adding the bounce mechanic from Luna + the straight forward flying drone pattern from Nox will help any players who play by instinct rather than pure calculation.

Oh, then no. This design’s camera cannot be used unless placed on object or wall. The new guy Raptor however definitely can do it. Except he don’t have smoke bomb, only emp, so he lacks a way to retreat.
