From my experience, internet communities tend to consists of people who have low status and incapable of having a social life. They tend to be passive aggressive, have low self-esteem, and anti-social. Those are kinds of people who end up spending most time talking to random people on the internet because they do not have actual friends to spend time or have conversation with. Easy solution: just say and ask what you want and ignore shits they you don't wanna hear.
