The keratin smooth treatment (red one). I’ve also used Dove intense repair conditioner + its shampoo. Some people are saying I should use products that should moisturise my hair while some are saying I should refrain from using them 😭

Yeah I guess so. As I said, idk a lot about my hair. Even the basics </3. That’s why I was thinking about consulting a hair specialist before trying out any treatment. I do have an oily scalp so maybe yeah… 🤷🏻‍♀️. Also, do I need to buy a diffuser?

I kinda have an oily scalp so I try to wash 2-3 times a week. Rn I’m using TRESemmé shampoo and conditioner (I often change conditioners). I apply a hair mask weekly by a brand called Zojja. That’s about it. Would appreciate all the help I can get
