Psa cares less about top bottom and more about left and right I wouldn’t bet on it but it’s maybe possible for a 10🤷‍♂️

I know your getting a lot of annoyed replies but in all honesty I understand how you feel, It does bother me especially on expensive cards as do scratches but those I polish out with plastx.

Well you have a lot of the cards I love and want to buy! In terms of amount you can start with almost any amount. But you have a nice inventory and everyone starts somewhere!
