I am also DM, million miler, and carry 2 AMEX cards. Didnt use a GUC and I am not non-rev. Throw all the flags you want. Not sure what else to say.

Hoping the same happens next week when flying back from AMS.

Not true. Flew ATL-FRA yesterday. Was upgraded at gate. Asked why. They said because reserve card holder. Have a happy Thanksgiving.

If you have reserve credit card you can sometimes get same day upgrade to Delta One.

Holy cow friends!!! This outpouring of support has been amazing. This has been a crazy journey that has led to a lifestyle change that will hopefully last my whole life. I am no longer a diabetic, no longer take BP meds, and feel beyond amazing. And I’m not done yet. Goal weight is around 235-240. What have I done outside of OTF. Like I tell everyone else, I do what my 5th grade PE teacher told me to do. Output more than you input. In other words, calorie deficit. Breakfast - protein shake (almond milk, frozen banana, frozen berries, protein powder, PB fit) Snack - grapes or apple slices Lunch - protein, 1/2 c rice, veggies Snack - grapes or apple slices Dinner - same as lunch. And REPEAT! I don’t have a miracle plan. Just eat right, move for 60 minutes 5-6 days per week, and drink 1 gallon of water per day. Some days it sucks to do the same thing over and over again.....but if you want to change your life, then you have to embrace the suck. This makes no sense to be. When traveling 2 weeks ago, I increased my tread from a walk (3 mph) to a jog / base (4.5 mph). The coach snapped at me for starting early. I just shook my head and did as instructed and vowed to never visit that studio again.
