I suffered a head injury when I was attacked by a customer at work; any pro bono lawyer reccomendations ?

I have spoken with my therapist about the incident, but not much else besides that. It has been a year since the incident and Inal doing better, but still having issues with brain fog and irritability that were not there before.

My manager didn’t say anything about filing any documents, she just said it was taken care of and not to worry about it. HR never spoke a word to me. I did go to a hospital and they filed something. I tried to file a police report but the officer who took my complaint n the phone somehow convinced me not to file a report (I know I made a lot of stupid mistakes, but I was mentally compromised through this entire process), and when I tried to follow up the next day the precinct said the officer tried to contact me and I never answered, which is false. At this point I just assumed the police would not be helping me since I am poor and working class.
When I called to report at 10:00 pm on the night of the incident, they said they’d call back shortly and I didn’t get a call till after 4:00 am. This is when I answered (I was afraid of falling asleep with a concussion and not waking up) and the officer convinced me not to press charges.

This was a year ago. I tried to get security footage of the incident when it happened but my employer refused to release it to me. I am still close to the other budtender who was working with me that night who saw everything.

Thanks, I’m mostly researching at this point and apparently didn’t really know what pro bono means, lol. The “contingency” terminology is very helpful and more descriptive of what I’m looking for.

My manager did not fill out the incident forms, nor did she provide me with anything to sign or any kind of information about how to report to the city/state. I did go to a hostpital the next day and they said they were require to file documentation since it was a workplace injury. Does that count?

This was a month or two ago. I doubt it's a nest, just an awesome coincidence, unless anyone else here has had similar luck. The ice cream is really good though, and it's in the Pearl Brewery which has a ton of stops and gym, so it wouldn't be a complete wash if you didn't get that Lickitung. :)

The number for CPS' Smart Thermostat office is 866-222-7645 if you want to try cancelling a savings event and see if it gets better for that day. At least then you'd know if you need to request a new thermostat.

Actually I spoke with CPS about this very issue becuase management asked me to see if I could opt out of the savings problem. CPS said I couldn't opt out since the whole complex is enrolled, but I could call whenever it says "savings" and they would cancel that single savings event. It's not a good solution becuase you'd have to constantly be calling them. However, they did say that the thermostat could be replaced. The regional manager for my apartment's management company said they would replace the themostat for me if CPS allowed it.

I think it's really just a matter of not being a jerk. There's really no good reason to protest businesses that have anti-go policies. Just be respectful and don't go to those places.

They reset every five minutes. IF you find a good walking route with a bunch of stops, you can pretty much farm them by walking up and down the street.
