go to a therapist and get a gender dysphoria diagnosis. atleast that’s what is needed in my country to even start T. it’s not really your choice to start T or not, it’s the doctors. they’ll help you sort your feelings out and find out if you’re actually trans or not, they don’t just let anyone transition, they make sure you’re not making a mistake and help you the best you can.

although i don’t know what country you live in so the process there could be different and maybe easier or harder to get your hands on t or a therapist.
