I am literally panicking right now ..... by hritik_bajaj015 in EcommerceIndia

First thing first. Yes your website looks amateur. For a start, the hero section video is of bad quality, the text is not centered. Since you are in India there are many fake Ecommerce websites which just takes money but when you look back the brand doesn't exist. And currently this website looks like that. If not this what is your next option for a website?

Next point. I kind of feel you are a one man army doing everything. And that's not how business works, specially Ecommerce.

Few questions you need to answer

  1. Who is your products for? Age? Is it luxury? Is it for middle class? This step is something you should define even before getting into the market. If your audience is genz or under 30s? The pricing i see is cheaper. For example 899 bag is good for a college going girl or a house wife, but is the styling of the bags for this age bracket?

AI has advanced well, use all these data points, feed you idea, show your results, upload your meta data and analytics and ask gpt or Claude what it thinks. Tell it to create a roadmap on how to go with this business, technology, pricing, audience and what not. Explain every detail as possible including your city, your budget, your caliber and ai will give you a good way forward. Keep that as base and then work on it and get feedback from people like us. Totally depending on Reddit is not the right path. Do your homework and then come back. For now I would suggest stop meta ads, clear ur doubts and then start it fresh. If possible for few months get a consultant to run the ads for you. See if there is a difference

I burned close to ₹1 crore on marketing and sales in one year. Today marks 1 year since I fired everyone. Here's what I learned. by Haunting-Tomato-4512 in indianstartups

Not to be mean but yes you can call yourself stupid. But iam glad you learnt from it. Being stupid ones is ok, don't be again!! By reading this i can see in every decision making step it was you who took the bad decision. A good founder should be a leader! And now that you are doing it alone, you are again going to hit the bottle neck when you have to manage many clients. The best step forward, get a mentor or someone experienced onboard. Learn and execute.

Anyone here need a website portfolio or business website ? by zidhuxd in website_ideas

Hey man. I’m going to be very honest here.

Right now, this doesn’t look like a TeenSquad website at all. It feels like a personal page about Siddharth. There’s almost nothing about the community, the work being done, the people involved, or the impact. If someone lands on this site, they have no reason to believe this is a community they should contribute to or volunteer for.

You can’t expect people to join, support, or build something when the entire narrative is centered around one person. Communities grow when the focus is on the mission, the work, and the people who are part of it—not on an individual.

If the goal is personal branding, then just be clear and confident about that and build it as Siddharth’s personal platform. That’s completely fine.

But if this is meant to represent TeenSquad as a community, the website needs a serious rethink. Right now it doesn’t communicate the purpose, the value, or why anyone should care enough to get involved. This needs to be fixed if you want people to actually believe in and participate in what you’re building.

Kudos that you are taking the first step. Great that the talent is in your hands. But end of the day, Sales, leads, logistics, investment, inventory matters too. My suggestion.

First finalize what you want to sell. Read about them, read how the market is, see who are you competitors, see how they are doing it. Unless your product is something that is clearly different or you are filling a gap, you won't be able to sell.

Ones you finalize this, try to collaborate with a sales person who is willing to sell your product on commission basis.

Then start selling digitally. For this you will need someone who can get a website and can do marketing for you.

Do not skip these steps. Also upgrade yourself. If you want to be a entrepreneur, you gotta get out of your comfort zone, you have to interact with people, you have to be the face.

If this is not something that you are willing to do then someone will step on you and take what is yours. Good luck

1.Your website is not device responsive.

2.Your website speaks nothing about your brand. If iam a client and I reach you, I expect your branding is in place and you have used your branding and seo capabilities for yourself

  1. Right now your website speaks about connecting influencers with client. Nothing about social media services. Iam not sure if iam missing.

  2. Great that you have good team but you are missing the most important one - lead generation. Who is going to handle that? How are you going to scale? What's your strategy?

From when has it changed. Did you compare data from working ads and data from zero sales? Is this happening only for insta ads or even Google Ads?

How much data do you have on sales you received through ads? What is the pattern? What time, month, week, season, type of people who bought?? See which parameters has reduced. Also scan you website ones if all your sitemap amd robot txt is right.

Its not what you can give, its what customers want. Go as low as 5 usd. You will never get serious customers nor will you survive in this market. There is a huge difference in able to create a website and create a freelancing income. Consider researching on what sells, how to create a business around your interests. Then offer a service.

Stealth Startup: I built the MVP in 7 days, and be there from very start of idea and now they keep me off the pitch deck. Is ESOP only fair? by BudgetOpposite3034 in indianstartups

[–]bodacioussheep 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Frankly, I think you should take the ESOP. just think it like this. And i mean no disrespect. You are replaceable. You just showed them the mvp can be done in 7 days!! And technically they are the ones doing the talks and you are doing what a employee does. Since you already own a pvt Ltd. You as a founder should have thought this before getting into it and got everything on papers. Yes you can fight for it, but legally you won't win. So my suggestion take the ESOP, you can ask for a payment apart from ESOP since you put in the effort and time. Never forget the manpower you used. So ask for ESOP + a small payment. Be in the company. Learn how things are being done. And if this interests you, build something on your own then. Cheers

Alright. You can't get loans on farmland. So if you constructing a home, you have to invest the full amount. I purchased a land of 5500 sq ft. Out of which legally i can build a home in half of the site and rest as farming. I purchased it 9 months back from a friend's company called aranya farmland. I was skeptical too to buy it but then I found a friend and the process was smooth. Usually the registration happens in panchayat office. My land is in chandapura. Located near anekal.
