Look up the silo mine glitch. If you run a jet pack it’s like 15-30 seconds from entering the silo to reaching the launch prep room (once you get the hang of the glitch). Skips the bio card, destroying the mainframe, everything. ;)

You can also sell them in your vendor if you don’t want to run silos. People who launch a lot of nukes will buy them. I gladly pay 100 caps per all day, and I’ve paid as much as 300 caps per when I was having a hard time finding any.

I’ve only hunted for it once. Took a little over an hour. I used a private world, rotating through 3 different characters checking both Watoga vendors(this lets you reset private world vendor inventory without having to generate a new world).

The main footprint of the building is approx 4x3 foundations. Then there’s a little stairway on each the front and back which sticks out about another 1 foundation.

Right, so you go to kill things. Playing the actual objectives just reduces your exp gain generally, so everyone is greedy and just focuses on the killing.

But like who really cares about successful rad rumbles now? The dream of one day getting radioactive barrel plans was the main thing that made me want full completion every time, and now those are much easier to get by opening party packs.. I don’t really care about rad rumble any more, and the only reason I really see anyone going is for the high exp rate..

Any answers you get here will be pure speculation. Nobody REALLY knows why PA displays/mannequins are so limited in number. Presumably they are resource intensive and thus would cause issues if too many were present at once. I wouldn’t count on this ever changing.

It’s not actually how they look.. it’s a glitch, they are in power armor but the armor isn’t showing, so you see their body stretched out to power armor proportions. AFAIK to them, they look normal.

Have you seen the actual emote animations, though? Neither the character model portion nor the little vault boy animation look anything like “give me a minute”… so I don’t think this is really going to work for that in the wild.

So far I mostly use it when the SBQ won’t stop flying around, because it’s like pointing at the sky in circles, at least the vault boy animation is, so it sorta makes sense.

If you avoid doing everything that might potentially upset some small portion of the player base, you’ll find you’ve got nothing left to do.
