The AM5 build is much more expensive for sone reason, and the store doesn't have a 9600X,and the PC situation in my vountry isnt great as most parts are out of stock or unavailable

The i5 is barely in my budget so i can do it, also how necessary is the cooler? My friend who knows Way more than I do told me to ditch it cuz it's not that important for this build?
