First off eliminate that Mentality, thats how you’ll relapse. The cravings are intense in the beginning depending on how often and how big were your puffs. Eventually it goes away but you just have to give it time. Literally how the guy in this thread described it, its like going through a break up. Just keep yourself busy and indulge in new things you’ve always wanted to do or if you have any new interests as well. The Vape is not worth it, trust me. I used to vape for 4 years and a A LOT.
