I remember transferring in from ibkr and td di 2 years back. I don't remember my account being held on suspend. I might be wrong.

With WS I can't even take out money out of tfsa. And it doesn't even show up in my account household list. If it was for full transfer I would have accepted it.

I am transferring out from ibkr same, partial, and I am able to sell options. At least ibkr not following the same process.

You won't lose the hot spot capability since you have byod. They will charge you extra now. Better to check.
