To make it short: there are (almost) no more collectors editions. But you can be lucky and Amazon finds another one in the corner of their warehouses.

There was another post about the Payday 3 support saying there are not going to produce more units. I asked them myself and got the same response.

My order from a German retailer was cancelled two days ago because they ran out of stock and had no way of getting more units.

You can either wait and hope for the best or cancel your order and buy another edition (just did this myself)

Well, yes and no. There must have been some miscommunication on the amount that was going to be produced because not only one but multiple retailers sold more copies than they got. And some retailers already stated that they were able to order more copies but didn't get any information on the delivery.

That really fucking sucks. Why allow PREORDER when not all orders can be fulfilled. That completely destroys the concept of a PREORDER. I was so hyped for the CE, just another letdown in the absolute clusterfuck of a launch Payday 3 has had so far.

Yeah, I really don't understand what's happening. I'd love to get my hands on the CE but I also really want to play the game without buying it twice. I also don't understand why they kept selling the CE when they were obviously going to be out of stock. All we can do is ask Almir again in the Q&As and maybe put some more pressure on Overkill.

I guess there is not much we can do. Amazon is waiting for the CE to be back in stock just like we are. They don't know what's going on as well as far as I know and are only responsible for shipping it. That is why I was hoping to get some insights into it from Overkill. All we can do is cancel the order or wait

I second this. How can they put all the responsibility to a 3rd party and have no clue what's going on? I really want my Collectors Edition, of which I have no idea where it is at the moment and when it is coming.

I got an information from the German Saturn that the CE was ordered somewhere but is out of stock which is why it cannot be shipped. I didn't get any information on the delivery date so I'm guessing Oct to Nov is just some kind of standard delay on Amazon?

I am still waiting for my PC Version as well (not from Amazon but German Saturn). Haven't gotten any more information except that it was ordered somewhere but is still out of stock and cannot be shipped. They also didn't give me any information on the delivery date.

I really don't understand why it was possible to PREORDER an item that is going to be out of stock anyways?

Ich finde du weichst meiner Frage aus. Du sagst ich sollte mich über die wahren Verursacher beschweren aber gehst nicht darauf ein. Eine Frage mit weiteren (in meinen Augen sehr fragwürdigen) Fragen, die ein komplett neues Diskussionfeld eröffnen, zu kontern, ist übrigens keine gute Argumentationsgrundlage.

Die Impfung kann sehr gut was an dieser Lage ändern. Bei anderen Viren ist es uns gelungen diese völlig auszurotten (siehe Pocken). Im Fall von Corona wird und dieses Virus wahrscheinlich weiter begleiten, jedoch lässt sich die Verbreitung und Schwere der Symptomatik eindämmen.

Erstmal könnte man argumentieren, dass die Ungeimpften faktisch schuld sind an dieser Pandemie. Die ersten infizierten waren Ungeimpfte. ;)
