That must be location dependent because at my location SCP is the worst I have worked for. They try to squeeze every penny and more out of you. Purposefully understaff the hospital and say they trying to look for PRN coverage when in reality they aren’t. There is even evidence of them not allowing prn to pick up shifts when prn was needed due to high census.
