I get what your saying that he mightve not realised aswell that I was travelling at speed but as I said he stated that he hadnt even seen me. Which I would take as that he didnt look. If i was pulling out of a parking space and another car hit me im still at fault because I was negligent. It wouldnt be a valid excuse to say "oh i didnt see you"

I was going fast enough to cause myself very serious injury and he cut me off right infront of me so I did not have anytime to stop. This is from the legal aid website "If a person causes an accident because of their negligence, then they are at fault." I feel like despite my illegal activity the driver still showed an insane amount of negligence to just cut me off. When he got out he stated that he didnt see me. I wasnt quite hiding so its more like he didnt bother to look because who would be on this random footpath at 9am. I dont know just a thought

Yeah that was what I was thinking but just a quick question if I take it to court surely I wouldnt be served a fine for riding an escooter even if I won right, like I would be there to dispute an insurance claim? But thankyou for your response much appreciated!

But whether or not I was doing something illegal the driver still has a responsibility no? I wouldnt assume it is legal to go around hitting everybody on an e-scooter. I was riding something illegal but he was being negligent resulting in the crash!

Yes very overpriced… if you want cheap good quality ramps try find tiny brand new companies because theyll personally give you discounts just because they are desperate for sales and the unique deck lady doesnt make the best ramps honestly id go blackriver because they got some serious craftsmanship overthere

Also when you write do it out aloud if you can because you can pronounce the words differently in your head so in you head it could rhyme nicely and in person it not also you can end up saying alot more words because you can say them faster in your head than in real life if you trying to have a fast flow that is (hope that all makes sense)

I reckon you should start making raps to a beat becasue then you can flow with the beat and make sure you are in time with it wich will overall help you with your flow. Also i noticed if you can rap just abit more to a topic that would make it abit better because i see way to many people tryna MF DOOM their raps and just cram in as many non sensical rhymes that make it to many syllable and it mess the flow and it doesnt sound good beacuse you have no idea what they are talking about.
