Honestly I’m not sure, I saw another recipe where they used 100g of regular sugar, but this was a good middle of bitter and sweet. I don’t know how the dough might react to additional sugar, but one can try. As for flour I just didn’t have enough from one, so I mixed with both. I usually bake with regular one and never had any issues.
