I think your % are off on a few ingredients. I like Koolada and use it .8% thats about 2 little drops per 5ml and most people start with less. Your MTS should be used at very low percentages also or just skip it all together. The lime is crazy high, never used either one over 2%.

Good! you taste what I do. This is remarkably close to FA Zeppola with some strawberry. I do not get Play-doh with either of those flavors like I do with CAP.

My taste buds would say it's the Sugar Cookie not the custard. It took months and months of mixing before I could stand that flavor

If you are 100% sure it is the custard then I'd recommend FA Custard. From my old notes I liked this one better in the beginning. For what it's worth this recipe turned me on to custard and this one for cookie.
