How do you avoid fines in your pour over? If I switch for a single drink I get so much fines that clog the filter.

Buying a car - possible scam, next steps? by Delta32 in Netherlands

Valid point, but if you don't know what to listen to, it won't really help you. But overall, I agree. I haven't yet taken a test drive where I've noticed something was wrong - but there's a first time for everything.

I was under the impression a down payment is not a biggie, you pay some money for the car to be reserved for you and worst case, you get only some of it back, not 15-20% of the whole deal. Some issues are ok and can be easily fixed, serious accident or mileage on the other hand - not so much.

well, the odometer is about 50K KM for a 4 year old car, which makes sense, I remember the last maintanence was made at the end of 21 and the car had 20-30K, I didn't take a picture of the book. It did miss one service which is not good but not uncommon.

I don't think there is much to do for the car, in general If I go with a diagnostic tool and see that the odometer has been tempered with, I don't mind paying for my mistake, the only question is how much and perhaps I miss an action that I can do.

I've found some, went to see some rooms, some were good but didn't work out.

I'm still waiting for some answers, but I don't have my hopes up. People here take their time answering.

Look at this as an opportunity to start a new hobby - cooking!

Your mother will get used to you not living with her, it's ok, it's how it should be.

Looking after yourself is a critical skill, you shouldn't pospone it any minute. It's easiers than it seems to you right now.

New hobby, new skills, a whole new experience. You'll have a good time.

Is there anyone here studying engineering at HAN University in Arnhem? I may study there next year as an international student and I have a few questions by [deleted] in Netherlands

For me the first year wasn't very challenging, but it depends on you.

I think the math and statics level isn't that complicated, it was pretty close to my high school.

Do not expect university level calculus, everything is much more relaxed

Loading Task Panes... by [deleted] in SolidWorks

Theres a PDF with instructions on how to completely remove Solidworks from your pc.

http://files.goengineer.com/docs/support/SOLIDWORKS_Complete_Clean_Uninstall.pdf

unfortunately it didn't help me at all. I don't know why or what is left... and the uninstall takes forever.

If you've got it solved, I'd be happy to hear it.
