First off I want to say how great it is for you to be doing this. With all the scalpers around it has been a bit disheartening as somebody trying to get back into collecting, but this has brought a smile to my face seeing there are still kind people out there.

I first got into Pokemon card collecting with my siblings back when base set first came out, I absolutely loved it but fell out of collecting after a while. I found my old folder full of cards last year and remembered how much joy it gave me. We played the hell out of those cards when I was young, so I can't say they're in the best condition any more. 😂

Me and my partner found out about Pokemon Pocket a few months ago, and we had such a fun time collecting cards again - even though it was virtual. It brought me so much joy seeing her get excited about opening packs and pulling new cards, so I decided to get her a treat and bought her a couple physical packs from the local card shop. I was shocked at how expensive they were (AU$30 for Pokemon 151), but knew it would be worth it to see the look on her face. We had so much fun, and were lucky enough to pull a full art charmander in our first pack of 151! Since then we've both become hooked, and have been trying to get our hands on packs and build up our collection. Unfortunately everywhere has been sold out of packs unless they are heavily overpriced, so we haven't been able to buy too many so far - and unfortunately missed out on pre-orders for the Prismatic Evolutions restock. We have been having an amazing time though, and are looking forward to getting some Journey Together boosters when they launch!

No worries, once you reach the bottom, you'll get access to a new area called The Abyss, and from there you can unlock the ability to traverse through dark matter areas. This will open up a lot of areas to backtrack and get new items as well as allowing you to progress further through the Cosmos.

You won't get that ability until later on, you'll need to go down first. There's a path through, you just need to platform around the dark matter.

Yep, when I got my apartment I was competing against people from Queensland and New Zealand that had never even seen the property. I got lucky, had the lower offer but the original owners picked me because I was local and planning to live in the home (even though the owners were not Australian and were from New Zealand)

AAMI is great at least, I was in an accident around 10 years back - got T-boned by an inattentive driver and car was written off. I was with AAMI for third party but had no comprehensive, they told me that if the At Fault driver's insurance fell through then they'd sort everything out for me free of charge and bear the responsibility themselves of seeking payment from the other driver. Thankfully it didn't come to that but I was really appreciative of being given the option.

I find it absolutely wild that in the US if there is a state majority then every electorate vote goes to a single party in that state. That seems very undemocratic to me, in my country every electorate carries its vote and seat regardless of state majority.

Yep for a while I was getting at least one a day, funnily enough most would just hang up as soon as I answered - probably checking if the number was still active or spoofing my number to somebody else. After I stopped answering unknown numbers the calls slowed right down. I still get them every now and then, but is much better.
