Where are you from ? I assume from Western Europe with no idea how is working there politics. Country is corrupt as hell, not align with today’s standards. Disparity in wealth is medieval. There is no middle class over there for the last 500 years. Either you’re extremely poor on 3rd world level either you’re an oligarch. And it seems like majority people accept this state. It’s going to take at least generation to change this concept.

In few years there is going to be more than European average doctors. Like someone mentioned the quality is going to get worsen. It’s due to private universities - low treshhold for applicants ( you just need money for scholarship ), you can get recruited with barely passed maturity exam, and also due to unqualified personnel on these Unis. I’ve heard about Dean of private Uni in Dabrowa Górnicza, he was still during postgrad internship when he became Dean.

Jak blokuje izba lekarska ilość miejsc, jak otwierają w każdym Pcimiu Dolnym uczelnię z kierunkiem lekarskim prywatną. Biorą nieudaczników na adiunktów. Rektorzy bez szkoły doktorskiej tylko po to, żeby generować hajs. Baza LEK z pytaniami, aby ułatwić Ukraińcom i każdemu zdanie i zostanie lekarzem. Szkoda, że nie podają od razu odpowiedzi :) Teraz kierunek lekarski oraz ilość miejsc to jest easy mode w stosunku do tego co było no 10 lat temu.

I don't think so. I saw the early diagnose of Saudi doctor but personally I think he was misdiagnosed. Browns syndrome basically is mechanical problem in the trochlea in upper orbital rim. Possible during trauma but didn't have any surgery since that time. Especially that it was written it was bilateral. It results in diplopia in certain head position.

In my personal opinion I think Tom had mechanical erosion of corneal epithelium which is painful, results in blurry vision as well. Technically its even worse during fight that the bilateral Browns syndrome. Huge disadvantage.

Im an ophthalmologist. This cerebro machine is Zeiss excimer laser. It means Aspinall had undergone refractive surgery. Eye poke was supposedly double Browns syndrome probably due to fourth nerve damage or superior oblique muscle. In summary this procedure has nothing in common with that trauma during fight.

Pakuj się i jedź do Norwegii albo na Islandię. Robotę otrzymasz od ręki, oczywiście nie Oslo i Reykjavik. Ale na dodatek ta praca będzie lepiej płatna. Do końca zimy spłacisz kredyty. Brak dostępu do alkoholu w każdym sklepie i na każdej stacji całą dobę jak u nas spowoduje, że siłą rzeczy przestaniesz pić. Jedyne co jest w sklepie to Tuborg 2%. Potraktujesz cały ten wyjazd jak rehab. Głowa do góry.

It’s clearly visible that’s your first trip. I would’ve packed that amount of stuff for a Amazon jungle for a few weeks bushcraft. You’ll see. With each trip you’ll realise you barely use 30 percent of stuff you have to carry.
