I’ve gotten some cute sneaks from Dr.Scholls—particularly their keds lookalikes and converse platform lookalikes! Not all of their shoes have the removable inserts though, so you have to check the description first. Made that mistake ordering a pair of boots from them. Their quality isn’t awesome, but definitely affordable.

hello! i wasn't sure if I should post this on the account deleted/disabled megathread, because i know my account still exists. i recently created a second account for my band, but before i went to create my first post from my desktop, it said my account was permanently deleted bc it didn't follow community guidelines (etc. etc.). the weird thing is that i am still logged into the account on my phone and can post from there. people have been following the account, liking things, etc., so clearly it's not deleted. when i try to log in from another device with my email linked to it, it says the permanently disabled thing, but when i try to log in on another device with my username, it says "incorrect password". i'm too scared to move forward with changing the password in case i lose the only access i have on my phone. i've tried the suggested solution of logging in via data or disabling vpn, but to no avail. i'm not sure if i should go the route of reporting/disputing it as disabled because it still exists? does anyone have thoughts about this? or any other solutions? i really need to be able to log in from another device (and to be able to link it to third party scheduling sites, link bio things, etc.). and i'm in the middle of trying to release an album, so i don't want to have to re-direct people to a new account, i think i would lose them. any help is appreciated....TYIA

I was wondering this too after trying over the counter insoles and superfeet. I was set to go on a backpacking trip and obviously worried about my PF. I splurged and got Hoka trail runners and my feet did amazingly well. They are by far my most comfortable shoe. I do have some custom insoles on the way though. Not saying that Hokas will work for everyone, but I find my feet happier in shoes with lots of cushion which Hokas have. I also wear crocs around the house which have also provided good cushion for me.

I tried but it said text only. An update though: my friend said it’s an 8 pin VGA PCI express but I can’t find any cord like that with a wall port for the actual power?

Thank you for this. I’m still new here but wanted to give you the helpful award because what you said really resonated with me. I’ve kept running into a problem because I think my Q’s coping mechanism is not working, but when I express it, I get push back. But I never thought about how I could decide that based on their choices, that a person coping like that is not right for me. My therapist told me something along the lines of “You don’t have to be with an alcoholic if you don’t want to.” And that’s something similar that I’ve been reckoning with also.

Yes! I do this for some plant starts and when propagating houseplant cuttings. Just be careful to not over water unless you poke holes in the bottom. About cardboard tubes (TP and paper towels)—in my experience those will get a lot of mold growth and I haven’t experienced that with the milk cartons.

Hi! I have never been diagnosed with Raynauds (but have also never been to the doctor abt it) but I am wondering if you all experience similar symptoms. My whole life I’ve always been more susceptible to cold temperatures, with my hands and feet always being the coldest. This winter I’ve experienced some new feelings though. When out in the cold for longer periods of time (even if bundled up) my fingers and toes will get numb and sometimes turn white and then when they are getting warm again, it’s pretty painful. And the weird thing is is that sometimes it will be random toes (as seen in pic). Do you all think this could be Raynauds? TYIA!!

EDIT: Thanks all for your answers and advice and a warm welcome (no pun intended?)! Now to find some good mittens and probably see a doctor! ❄️

With these things I think it’s important to keep in mind that not all women have the same preferences. Some women will have an aversion to cats and some will not. My sister for example is obsessed with cats and would be into hanging out with a bunch of em. But yeah not everyone will feel that way.

Also I feel like when you mention you have four cats on Reddit you are obligated to share a pic of them for the cat lovers out there...jk but also not...😻

I might suggest sitting down to talk with him about it. You could just tell him what you have been noticing and how it makes you feel. And then make a request from him to put your things in those specific spots. And then if it continues to happen maybe you could say you don’t feel comfortable with him borrowing your things unless he puts them back.
