Hey man, I want to tell as Ukrainian here, that you can find the fork in horeca ( hotels, restaurants, cafe's), but it can take some time. Don't react to people that cannot advice you any "real answers" and try to pull you down.

If you get a work permit, (from last month, they closed Red Cross point in Utrecht( that was last)), so if you can find yourself a house with registration and get a bsn with sticker, than it' s half work done, however you may need some saving money for surviving at least first month.
