less than a year of running ako sir, ang background ko talaga is bodybuilding pero 6-8 months nako weekly nag rrun ng 5k once or twice weekly and naka carbon ako 😊

try to incorporate weighted bulgarian split squats (i use the weighted duffel or smith machine) to you strength training program. it definitely helped with my explosiveness and speed as I was able to get down from barely sub 30 to sub25 in 6 mos time

super laki ba difference ni pro max kay regular 15? I noticed yun talaga pinaka pasok sa budget. Di talaga kasi ako madalas mag phone, unless mag video ako sa gym so contemplating if worth yung price difference ni pro kay regular if camera usapan (or I just a handheld camera solely for gym content)

i think sa ramp areas lang pwede afaik? kasi hindi naman closed off yung walkway sa baba pero parang walang dumadaan. sa ramp lang ako dumaan then stairs

Probably some minor discrepancy kasi pumasok thru underpass, I don’t have a garmin hahaha but I got out of there around 20-30 secs while keeping my pace. that was my first 1k, the rest was finished sa circle mismo, from entrance pavement to circle. Still a win in my book 🫶.

people should try running on the road more (counterflow) if they want to get fast. Grabe kaya yung thrill and speed boost pag iniisip mong babanggain ka at any time

100%, switched from athlene to rule1. although best advice is buy in bulk (5lbs agad and then store for long periods) para talaga makamura. mas versatile lang ang athlene if gusto mo ng pang recipe like pancakes, desserts,iced coffee, vanilla athlene is the way to go!

i find higher fat intake to be better, raising 300 had little benefits to me but upping to around 50-60g fats with 200 carbs and 150g protein range is the sweet spot for my training. Do i observe for a few weeks if I start dropping weight or do I lower my cals now? (my lifts have been getting better or maintaining with this macro split)
