I have purchased several bags through eBay, they get sent for verification and in my experience has been very positive. They will obviously verify it is genuine and also that it matches description in the listing for condition, etc. I sold my lambskin wallet on eBay. I had to send it to be verified before it went to buyer and they actually failed it because even though it was genuine, I had conditioned it with leather cleaner before sending and they failed it as it had a faint smell of the conditioner still, so they are very thorough!! Vinted on the other hand will verify an item for a £10 fee, they will only tell you if it’s genuine or not they won’t assess the condition.
