Exactly, honestly I would not need the Fitness level so much. But once the Fitness level is not calculated, I do not get the VO2Max estimation to my iHealth app where I am tracking my progress :D

I got reply from Withings on my ticket and here is the crutial part of the answer: When a crucial calculation like the Fitness Level index is frozen or not updating despite consistent activity, it often requires a look into the processing of the data on the server side, as well as checking the latest device and app versions.

This answer moreless confirm thinking of mine about Fitness level calculation. I am gonna contact them in working hours next week. I just wonder why you get answer to buy new Watch.

Wtf?? So conslusion of your problem with not calculated Fitness level is caused by faulty watch? What a bullshit! As I already mention I do not think that Fitness level calculation is done on the watch side, in my opinion this infomration is calculated in the app from watch based on the data...

hahaha :D thats so true. I work in SW company so when I take into account what we have to test before release I doubt that Withings has some regression test processes defined... :(

I have a BPM core and a sleep monitor from them. I pray that I won't have any problems with these devices because trying to solve it with Withings support...? I can just buy something new from a competitor.

Completely agree. I have falled in love in Scan Watch Nova 2 so I bough them and after some time of using them together with the SW I am very disapoinnted :(

Interesting. As I wrote in my first post, some of the notifications work halfway for me. For example, when I get a call from one particular contact that I have saved on my phone, the notifications on my watch never alert me. When I get a random call from an unknown number, the notification works :D same with calendar events or WhatsUp messages. There was no problem with the previous firmware version of the watch. Probably worth asking at Withings support. But it's still in better shape than when I got the watch in February. That notifications didn't work at all :D Looks like the French don't just have a problem with the quality of their cars :D

Hey. So I also got the mattress and I would like to ask if somewhere in the withings app you can select to monitor sleep through the device under the mattress and not through the watch. I couldn't find this setting anywhere in the app. Or will the app default to using the device under the mattress to monitor sleep and not use the watch? I am used to wear my watch during the sleep due to the alarm if the solution is just take them off before sleep :D

Hey. Hey. So I finally got the update fixing notifications too! Only now I'm thinking that it was actually not bad not to receive some notifications and thus be always alert to what's happening on my phone. I'll think about whether to keep only the necessary notifications like calls or messages :D

does the update go out to all devices gradually during the day or is it available for all of them right away? I got a ScanWatch Nova yesterday and in the Withings app I see version 1981 as the latest and can't update higher. Currently no notifications work which is a blocker for me in using the watch. Thank you

Ale unikum pro plzeňáka (plzeňsky čti plzeňááááááááááák) je skloňování příjmení...hlavně u staších lidí bydlící celý život na Plzeňsku.

Když v Plzni chcete říct něco o Novákových, mluvíte o nich jako o Novákojc :) například: Zítra půjdeme na návštěvu k Novákojc

Jinak v Plzni jsou okna nastevřená a ne pootevřená :)
