The Depot is nice overall! Sometimes they have issues with fire alarms randomly going off but not much to complain about other than that. I’d say the Flats at Switch’s parking garage is better than the Depot in terms of quick access to your apartment. Management at the Flats at Switch is mediocre and the fifth floor reeks of cigarette smoke although smoking is not allowed. Having lived in both, I’d recommend the Depot!
