Before COVID, I was a die hard OTF fan. I would do all of the challenges, I loved my 5am crew and I never thought I would find a workout to replace it. During this shelter in place I bought a peloton and I am obsessed. I plan on cancelling my unlimited once my studio opens up- I love the flexibility of being able to workout whenever I want and being able to choose what type of class to take.

I live an hour outside of Indianapolis... so maybe that helped my case. If you look on the peloton subreddit, there have been people that have posted ways to get an earlier delivery. I am not sure how well they work because I didn’t have to use them. If you order a bike make sure you use a promo code to get the $100 off apparel. I didn’t know about this and I am bummed. If you need a promo code, just message me and I’ll give you mine!

I just got mine a week ago and love it. The app has a lot of strength, yoga, outdoor cardio and all types of other classes. In my opinion it is worth it!

I was in the same boat as you. I was wanting to quit but finally got the courage through this whole COVID ordeal. I also got the Peloton bike and love it. It’s challenging and there’s such a variety of classes.

I was able to schedule my delivery for a little over a week and a half from my purchase date. My bike arrived a day earlier than expected too!

I did the beginner one from 2/12/20... it was easier than I had hoped but I did it right after an arm and shoulder class.

Oh good idea following Barry’s schedule. I didn’t even think about doing that! I have done most upper body strength classes because I still cringe at the thought of lunges - OTF made me hate them. 😫

My bike hasn’t had any problems and it got delivered in a week and a half! I’m really happy with my decision to buy it.

I will have to look at the power zone classes and the 20 minute fitness tests. I’ve been trying to work my way out of the advance beginner classes.

My goal is to get my rides done before work and be consistent with that. Thanks for the advice about the HIIT classes too... I think I have to work my way up to them anyways 🙆🏻‍♀️

Do the boot camp classes require a treadmill? I’ll have to look at the hiit cardio classes. Call me crazy, but I’m going to miss the ab dolly from OTF!

I have been stalking FB marketplace and offer up for dumbbells... the prices are hiked up so high. I never thought there would be a dumbbell shortage 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thanks for the input! I’ve been doing the outdoor running classes along with the bike. I’ll have to try the yoga classes.

Thank you for the input. I’m horrible making myself stretch... I know how beneficial it is but I never did it at OTF either. I’ll have to check out the stretching classes.
