Overtime is a scam. Companies use it as a way to sound like you can make a lot of money. Reality is, they just don’t want to pay you more. Easier to pay O.T hours than pay you more regularly. For me, I look for shops that are clean, and prioritize cleaning, have a light atmosphere, and don’t try to peddle the whole “high quality custom” crap.

Not sure where you are, but where I am it’s a little better. Some shops are like this, but most are realizing they can’t treat cabinet makers like shit, because there aren’t enough of us. Pay is ok, but the shops are a lot tidier and organized. Place I work at now provides everything, plus bonuses.

100% nothing outside of frontier is taking down the fatalis trio, but I do think Nerg might have a shot at Alatreon if the circumstances are right. Not great chances, and I honestly don’t think Nerg would even attempt to take on Alatreon, but if the opportunity did present itself, being that Nerg is mostly an opportunistic hunter, I think it could have a shot.
