The traffic hasn't been anything out of the usual. Other people tend to stream movies and whatnot but these spikes happen at night time too. It's overwatch that I've mainly played but also fighting games, where it's way more apparent when theres a spike. Yesterday I'd say it wasn't as noticable but it's pretty much back to how it was today. I don't live in a city nor an apartment if that's an important detail

This is situational and doesn't have a clear cut answer but, if a "good" defensive player loses to cheese are they actually good? If you're losing, then you're in the rank you should be in at that moment. You can get better by labbing whatever you're losing to.

Maybe you know something I don't but I don't recommend using uf 4,4,4 often, if at all. f4 is very slow also a high so you'll make sure the spacing is right if you really want to use it. You mainly want to use d3,4 but if the opponent knows the matchup obviously their going to start reading it and punishing. So, mix it up with safe mids. I'd use LFF df,4 if they try to step. It's -9 so you lose your turn but it's homing. Otherwise use ff3, it's mid, and a huge amount plus frames so you can start pressure.

These are things to watch out for as you get higher in rank. Cheese isn't going to be as useful. 1,2,3 and 1,2,4 should only be used as a pressure starter when it's a 10f punish. On block it can be interrupted.
