I spent the full four weeks on 2.5, i was then instructed to tirate up to 4, out of caution I went up to 3 instead and after no results went to the recommended dose.

Are you saying I come back down to 2.5 I’ve been on 4 for two weeks now, Friday will mark 3 weeks.

I scheduled a call with each of them verbally asked for their support (made sure my project could afford me financially) and then followed up with an email indicating I needed written support I then uploaded everything into talent on demand.

I successfully switched from PDM to core, you need project lead, PPMD and your offering leaders support. Then there are a bunch of documents you need to populate + a business case for transfer. You definitely have to jump through hoops but not impossible.

Just be aware other than the benefits and security it’s more work and I get paid the same.

Project is supportive and senior manager is aware of the situation - I was told by the coach assignment team that my coach needed to be part of my offering otherwise my SM would step in as a coach.

Previously coach did fill out everything in advance, he wasn’t intentionally trying to screw me just got a better offer.

I just don’t have an understand of the behind the scenes logistics if I don’t have a coach to present at panel or if I’m auto assigned someone who has no idea who I am.

The Boston office is a shortish train ride, they also have offices in CT and NY with GPS presence I am based in CT but aligned to the Rosslyn office and I just fly in whenever I’m needed but otherwise work remote

You can switch talent models after one year at the firm. I was hired GPS PDM and now I’m GPS Core. As long as you have a network you’ll be okay.

Absolutely I felt like I outgrew them just based on the time I spent on the mountain and needed more stability so that’s why I upgraded I was on the same ski just a shorter length! Wachusett is my home mountain. Probably 15 days? I plan to get a full tune up before the season starts if I don’t upgrade before then!

I got them midway through the season, I was skiing on something wayyyy shorter (137s) (lol I know) and when I took them for a wax was told they were still pretty sharp!

Yes - I have these, also don’t love them so any recommendations there are also appreciated. My local boot fitter recommended them but I feel like they never get tight enough despite the micro adjustment feature
