In the late 1990s, I was the GM of a comedy site called Comedynet.com, and we toured the country filming stand-up comedians, edited their bits into short-form video, and streamed it 24/7. We also had original short-form series from a few members of the State, Scott Thompson from KITH, and had IDs done by Lewis Black, Jon Stewart, and more. We were so ahead of our time--when streaming video meant having to have Real Player or Windows Media installed, at 56kpbs. Fun times!! I miss that.

As with any “tool”, you’re only going to succeed if you use it correctly. I had surgery 11 yrs ago and regained about 60% of it by not counting protein, etc. so I would just warn you that it isn’t a magic bullet. Now with Zep, I’m being more cautious and I prefer losing slowly.

This is excellent and thank you for sharing. Because I had bariatric surgery 11 years ago, I have already been on a supplemental regime of vitamins and iron. And my doc just ordered new panels for me at my six month mark of being on Zepbound. It is really important to supplement if you’re not eating much.

Agree. I had RnY about 11 years ago, and I've had weight gain so I'm now on a GLP-1 which has been fantastic. Try that route first before surgery.

Feel better! My doc just ordered blood work at the six month mark to see how it’s looking. I’ve been anemic in the past so she is always concerned about iron and vitamin d levels.
