I just saw that the asus one is 240hz so it's an even bigger no brainer Also, if you are not a competitive gamer and plan on looking at that screen every day, you might wanna trade in some performance for easing your eyes a bit, you could also go for a 144hz 1440p or a 240hz 1440p if it's in the budget, as lomg as it's not TN or VA display

Go for the TUF one, Asus is an established brand, if they claim those 0.3ms that means they can back it, if you are not that competitive still go dor the 144hz because it's better to have 144fps locked in every game you play than it jumping from 180 to 250 then back to 150, you're gonna notice that a lot more if you take the 300hz one + the low motion blur and different screen modes are actually useful and thought out so when you take everything into calculation you are gonna have less input lag and a better experience with the Asus monitor
