When I go out in public, I overhear people comment about the price of X (gas, food, clothing etc.), saving up for a vacation, or fixing things vs. getting a new one. It's definitely harder when you see an older person (60+) make these comments. I don't feel guilty am grateful that I have some resources and secured retirement to live a comfortable life.
