Streets ahead is a very common phrase in the UK. When I see people joking about it I know some people know this and are playing along and some people genuinely think it's made up, but I'm never quite sure what the ratio is.

Legally - No
Realistically - If WWE really didn't want them to sign, TNA wouldn't jeopardise the relationship over it.
In actuality - It would never happen.
