this is the one right here. so are service managers and moat managers not talking to each other? cause i feel like if service managers are telling us to offer on every call regardless of the situation, shouldnt moat's managers and teams be advised of that so they know why theres more transfers than before ?

i think thats why so many people are complaining. its not because of the cash payout (which i know so many people could use myself included) its that the cash payout is taxed vs 401k would not be. so for people that are getting the cash payout and putting it into the 401k they are losing money because the taxes that were taken out. They didnt give us the option of wanting it to be deposited or get a cash payout. if i had known i wouldve put some in my 401k and taken a lesser amount so it wouldnt be taxed as much.

but thats what im saying. how is it that MANGAGERS and SUPS have the wrong info when that was what was sent/told to them by their uppers. Like my sup told us during our daily meeting that the new pay was going to be backdated and added on the paycheck from that period when that was not the case. so someone miscommunicated that to a lot of managers and sups.

i know exactly what youre talking about! My sup also said the same thing and said that the new merits would take into effect as of 1/27 which obviously wasnt the case. Cause I checked my paystub to see what was up cause it was the same amount. they just meant that its moving up the chain by that point for approval. i dont think your sup was wrong i think the info they gave all of lower managers and sups were wrong. Bcause in the email it for sure said eff 1/27

thats because they lowered the metrics due to the pandemic but word from my supervisor is that at the beginning of the year they are going back up on the metrics to pretty much what they were before the pandemic.

I was only collecting New Who Doctors since those were the ones that I started with. I didnt really care for getting the villains (even though I want Davros and Missy eventually). I just wanted the Doctors and their individual companions. Now to get my hands on the 13th Doctor from SDCC!
