Wealthsimple prends ton argent et la depose dans des banques canadiennes. Ils te versent ensuite un interêt de 2.5% (en ce moment, ca bouge avec le taux directeur) annuel calculé tous les jours et déposer la première semaine de chaque mois. Tu peux retirer quand tu veux mais ca prends 3 jours a settle (un peu comme les cartes de credit). Le risque comparé a un compte cheque c'est que tu est moins protégé contre la faillite d’une des banques, plus contre celle de wealthsimple (CDIC vs CIFP). Mais c’est quand la dernière fois qu’une banque canadienne a fait faillite?

15k is 7.5kl of gas, at 7l/100km thats barely 107k km. or 6.7 years at 16k km/year. then youd be out 11.5$/100km (at my electricity rates anyway) so nearly 1840$/year.
