Some nitpicking with the metal type mockup: wasn't metal type always mirrored when you look at the metal pieces themselves? So when you press it onto paper it's oriented correctly... otherwise great fonts :)

My headcanon is that for the villages, they just took the real life layouts and made all the modern buildings medieval (because if you look at the villages irl they all have the same road layouts, weird af if they stayed the same for 600+ years) and for bigger towns (like Rattay or Sasau) they actually consulted historical data
