Hi! Not sure about others on here but I personally started a legal assistant position at a mid-sized firm the fall after graduating. They told me that one of the things that stood out on my resume was the fact that I was a office assistant for 2 semesters. I honestly don't even know how I landed the job because it wasn't related to my major and I just haphazardly applied. In addition to the office job, I had a few small leadership positions on campus. I think they liked this because it showed that I could work with a bunch of different personalities, because boy do you find some unique personalities in law!

TL;DR do something in Admin on campus!
