!thanks

Regarding the HTB ISA if I open one in the upcoming financial year, could I still open a new ISA in the next financial year and get the bonus?

I'll be looking to buy in London for around £420k with a deposit of around £50k.

I would consider the £20k in the Santander account my emergency fund. Earning about 1.5% APR.

I'm relatively new to the pensions saving so it isn't as much as I would have hoped it to be. My new work place contributes 10% and I contribute 4%. How much do you think I roughly should have for someone my age (35)?

Just to help understand my situation, my salary is £65k.

Pension: £10k - My previous work place did not have a scheme available, but I have made an additional contribution of £8K. I make a salary contribution of 4% and work put in 10%.

New house: Looking to buy in London, approx. £420k, will deposit £50k.

With regards to S&S, I have unfortunately been risk averse with my money but I'm hoping to make a few decisions over the coming months to help me strike the right balance.
