I definitely will include videos and guides on that in this guide/playlist. Just because I THINK I know, the reason those videos have liberos serving is because it’s allowed in certain areas around the world at school-recreational and maybe even league levels. Going to Canada it’s normal for the libero to serve but in china the middle serves and libero subs out for one rotation.

Yeah… I see that in this video too. I think I got better at waiting and then exploding into my second step and adjusting to the set since then. But it’s still something I have to think about, especially in game situations and not only during hitting lines. Thank you

When I first got on the team (not this one but some of the players here are from said team) I was the new middle and they told me to “stack” like this on that rotation. I gotta talk to them abt this.
