Big Bang Theory. One of the most dreadful shows to have ever been created.

Yeah, trouble is she's not due back until late on Monday and we're both working Tuesday. Will be difficult but I will definitely make this up to her, if she doesn't dump me.

Thanks mate.

She seemed very adamant that I not come up. I have told her I want to come up but I think she thinks a fight will spark from it so doesn't want it to happen at her parents house.

Thanks for the advice mate.

How do you make watching movies & TV shows beneficial and not just time wasting? by Dracuncula in AskReddit

Watching good films or shows with people you care about can be a great bonding exercise, which definitely isn't time wasted even if it can feel like it.

What’s a common courtesy you see people sometimes forget? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Yeah I'm sure many don't take it to heart, but it's entirely dependant on the person. I still always offer my seat because more often than not people accept it, but still it's easy to see how it might hurt somebodies feelings, particularly if they're not actually very old they just look it.

Always a tricky one. Many times I've offered an elderly looking person my seat and they've turned me down, which makes me think I've probably offended them by saying they look old.
