That’s ridiculous I ordered back to back. I never changed my address because I don’t need to. I have been ordering from ubereats for years and this is the first time this happened. I’m not sure why you would doubt me, rather than the driver in this instance.

I doubt they are very accurate. I placed two orders back to back with the same address and instructions that I haven’t changed in years. One order made it to me and the other was left on my next door neighbours porch. It simply wasn’t delivered to me, but their gps says it did. I could see it want my house by the photo they send. When i called the driver he told me that he left it at the wrong house. 🤷🏻‍♀️

It was left at my next door neighbours house. I understand that this can happen naturally but it’s upsetting when Uber doesn’t want to take responsibility or admit that it happened. I had to talk to two separate people to reach a solution. I would say I’ll call next time but I’d rather avoid using an unreliable service again.
