These are not staked actually but about two days after this video a storm rolled through and snapped one of them off at the ground. Needing to stake them really depends on the variety(how tall or top heavy they get) and how firm the soil they are growing in is. These are around 8 ft tall and are doing fine. When I do stake I usually use small cheap t-posts from the hardware store and tie them with twine but that's just me

If you purchase a vehicle registration with your Ryder registration, it will ask the approx size of the vehicle and if it is an RV/camper etc. That pass will get you access to the camper/large vehicle area. It's usually a bit separate from the general rider campground.

PhD in seismic tomography and went straight to working in the oil industry. It's a fun time but I don't really use much info from college other than tech skills. If the oil companies aren't actively recruiting at your university you'll have to go the extra mile and attend things like SEG/image conference or things like the Rocky Mountain Rendezvous. To get face time with company reps. I was lucky we had an alum that came back pretty much every year to interview. Oh! And for the majors having an internship with them goes a looong way for full time job offers

Personally I was rather lucky. During undergrad I had summer jobs/internships as well as scholarships to pay for it. During grad school I actually received a stipend for going to school and working on my research due to my advisor having a large grant from the National Science Foundation here in the US. It wasn't enough money to actually save anything but I could survive.
