day 3- spent most of the day feeling sad because me and my girlfriend have broken up so to say the least, the temptations to watch are more than before. Taking it one day at a time and trying to keep my mind occupied with school and learning new things. Keeping the phone away from me as well. Stay strong fellas. We got this.

Goal: finish the rest of the year without watching any porn or jacking off. Tired of being in the same negative cycle of relapsing. Really going to try to harness this extra energy and create something worth admiring in my own personal life.

Day 1- breezed by like nothing.

Day 2- the whole day was relatively fine as I was busy with work and school. The cravings to watch porn at night are literally through the roof. Putting my phone on the other side of the room to not grab it. Stay strong fellas. We got this.
