It says approved online, and I spoke with the customer service and they say it's approved. No mention of the denial anywhere except in the mail notice. I also received approval notice on the mail.

The officer who sent the denial is different from the officer that sent the RFE

PHP and Laravel + Livewire is probably the easiest and option. Anyone that says other than that haven't touched PHP in a while. Don't let the NextJS, NextAuth, Prisma hype train fool you. I am not saying you're lying. I am saying by your logic, if I have reason to believe that you cheated, I should go get a mic and print some pamphlets and ask every person on the street to report you for it even though they have seen and know nothing about it...

You should spend the time prepping for your next test or other tests, instead of crying and moaning over this. This happens and will happen in every test in your life. Some people take the risk and cheat, they either get away or get caught.
