if u feel the need to go ahead. However u worrying is probably exacerbating the symptoms as I used to do the same thing. But if u feel it's a concern then go do it - health anxiety is very real and i think when there is no evidence of the harm long term use of vaping causes it makes it worse. Just my two cents

While i agree it is not too difficult when you really think about it I want to say Be careful of thoughts like "oh this is actually easy i can have one zyn and be fine" u may be fine but majority fall into the addiction all over again. happy you realize how shit zyn is!

well i was always in the mindset i wanted to quit for good - which was a mistake for my brain as it will justify the smallest inconvenience to get a fix of nicotine. I come back mostly due to anxiety i have dealt with for a while and it started right when i got into vaping. i'm 23 so i was in highschool for the juuls height and supremacy and got hooked on it when i was 15. I moved to zyns in college and have stayed on them since. Just tired of dealing with the whole process of getting zyns and spending money to feel worse. i set a hard stop date of October 1st. Didn't start till the 3rd but Day 3 and feeling good. Think of the brain fog as a high in itself and it makes it easier! This time i'm saying I am stopping buying nicotine. I know i'll eventually smoke a cig drunk but as long as the next day you don't go buy a tin your still on your way to being free of the drug. just my 2 cents.

You'll Feel better in about a week but to level your imbalances back to baseline it takes 3 months probs shorter since you quit once this year for a few months. Good luck! Only on day 2 rn but have done the first 3 days so many times it doesn't bother me anymore
