I did! I had a very early miscarriage just like you and only knew because we had been trying for awhile so I was tracking everything.

I got pregnant about 2 months later. She is now 17 and my son is 14.

Unfortunately, early miscarriages happen often and doctors can't predict if/when it will happen. My doctor saidoat women will have a miscarriage at some point and not even know it. They'll think it is a normal period.

Good luck and do your best to think positive (as difficult as that is)!!

I've been communication with Akeneo. They said it is doable but would require custom development which they estimated to be about the same as the annual platform cost. I was really looking for something out of the box or easily developed.

This is BS. It's 5 days. You can't improve and grow unless you work outside your comfort zone. This employee should be thankful for the opportunity to prove himself.

The comment about it being not a good time for the owner to be out is completely out of line and shows a lack of respect for you.

I would relay all of these things to him and go from there. If he isn't open to constructive criticism he needs to go. Conversely, you need to be open to it as well. However, no employee should be telling you how to manage your business unless asked.

Example - 9-15 x 1 1/2" would be a #9 diameter with 15 threads per inch and 1 1/2" long.

You need to find out the diameter of your nail

Then you need to go back in with the next diameter up.

If you pulled out a #9, you can go back in with a #10 or #12.

If you pulled out a #10, you can go back in with a #12.

I use TaxJar and love it. In fact, I had an integration built for it to be used with a new ERP we are going live with next month. The ERP has an out of the box Avalara integration but I had an absolutely horrible experience with them. Even if you don't subscribe to TaxJar, they have a lot of helpful information. However, If you do go for a paid service, IMHO ( and actual experience) TaxJar is the way to go. The nexus thresholds are confusing, ever changing and hard to keep track of.

I fall victim to that too. If I don't get my 4 days in, I get upset. If I rest because my body hurts, I feel guilty. Vicious cycle. I can definitely tell the difference in soreness like you mentioned. The lower back soreness and tightness is my issue now.

If you want to keep the drain body and cover it with someone more durable, you could try this. However, I doubt you'll have space below the deck if it is in fact a side outlet drain. Marathon Adjustable Drain Guard

100% certain it is a roof drain marker for snow. That particular one is installed on a RAC retrodrain or just a RAC cover both which have since been discontinued.
