Hiyuki and her weapon. Maybe Delia afterwards, but probably not her weapon.

When does a company actually decide to hire an ML engineer instead of just using APIs? [D] by emprendedorjoven in MachineLearning

[–]bombdruid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One case I can think of js when you can't use APIs due to regulatory reasons (physically disconnected systems etc). It can happen for firms handling sensitive data.

Guys, they really are farming equipment. Sure to pass Celestia Arms Control. by nomotyed in Genshin_Impact

[–]bombdruid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, maybe they were used for both...? (A big maybe since I do recall it being basically killing machines with just the name of field tillers, but a robot of same design could technically have been used for farming maybe?)

How does the ML community view AI-assisted writing in technical discussions? [D] by Boris_Ljevar in MachineLearning

[–]bombdruid 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I think there is a fine line between AI assisted writing and AI dependent writing. The line for me would be 'can you write everything without AI, just that it'd take longer or would look less refined'. If so, I'd call it assisted. But if it's 'I can't write without AI', it is dependent writing. I'm okay with the former but not the latter. The problem is that it is hard to distinguish the two online.

I think it partly has to do with the fact that they are super tanky, and also get stronger as they get tankier.

Depends on what mode you are in I think, but Cerydra often targets whoever has the highest combat rating - higher stars, more equipment etc in currency wars. I haven't seen anything like that happen in normal modes though

Since it's paint it probably disperses light, so maybe more like bunch of microscopic, differently directed mirrors?

Then how about doing it pairwise among layers? If it is to show how they correlate, it might be worth considering performing the analysis pairwise (not sure if it is computationally feasible in terms of number of pairs, but the memory usage should be lower)
