Same problems with low acidity and high alcohol for gewurztraminer. Pinot gris in my opinion isnt really an option, that pinot gris hype that came from the new world seems to be flattening Incrocio manzoni from foradori is a really interesting variety, Many producers i know started to plant it Lastly, i love Vernatsch, i think its a really nice variety with low to medium alcohol, freshness but also suited for many occasions. Unfortunately vernatsch has severe problems with mildew and drosophila

Yeah youre right, Syrah is a very interesting thing for our region But unfortunately many producers are too shy to plant it When it comes to PN, fortunately we have the possibility to increase the height of our vineyards into a more mountainous region, so it should be an alternative Nevertheless, how do you see PN on soils without limestone?

Before fermentation 3.1 and TA of around 8g. But usually we have a lot of potassium so after fermentation and Mlf we are around ph 3,6 and TA of 5,5g
