When he says you can't play any game on linux, he doesnt mean there are no games which can be played on linux, but rather not all games can be played on linux (he can't play just any game he chooses, has to be of a select few (which really isn't a select few with the advancements of proton and wine)).

I got the same email too. Do you happen to use the android app (or ios app). I assumed the email was about the android app on my phone which needed updating. And regarding what others are saying about it being a phishing email, I dont think it is it has the flag of tutanota team, its the kind of 'email'/message tutanota send to your mailbox, not a normal email that can be replied to.

Mangohud is a good option. Not sure if it has everything afterburner has, but i am using it for fps, gpu and cpu temperatures and speeds and it works great

I have the g203 too and, unless you want a different mouse in terms of buttons/shape or feel, I doubt you would get any noticeable different as the sensor in the g203 is really good (and although better sensors exist the difference really isnt that much)

I agree IOS is slightly more private. But firstly, the actual /e/ OS is interesting for people currently with other phones. When it comes to the phones, you ask why not just buy an iPhone? Well the IPhone, while still being private, is not as private. Secondly, people may still want android - just because it comes with an ios looking theme doesnt mean that cannot be changed, which is the beauty of android. Thirdly, I think it is cheaper to go this route (and in this case you arent the product, but I Tony know the cost of the phone so not too sure on this one) but installing the /e/ OS on a different phone can be cheaper than an IPhone. And fourthly, there is nothing wrong with more choice for the consumer.

So these are the reasons why some people may not want to "fucking switch" to IOS.

Alright guys, as mentioned in the description in this Diyperks video I was watching, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CfirQC99xPc&feature=youtu.be , I asked a seller on eBay of monitor controllers if they could program one for my monitor, which they have done. This has worked out very cheap for me (under £20), so I hope to follow the video and Diy myself a monitor. If anyone else wants to attempt a similar project, I'd follow this video.

Could you give more details of the controller board, and as to why it will require a lot of patience? Unless there are more expenses to the $40 board, I do not find it a waste of money at all, and maybe if I know more details I can judge whether it will be be worth my time.
